The JetClean 100 is power tool for fixing that very thing. The JetClean 100 is a universal cartridge cleaning machine system that is capable of cleaning cartridge printheads, interiors, exteriors, ink filtration screens and adjacent areas.
How Does it Work?
Utilizing an atomization process (mixture of air and water), the JetClean 100 releases a pressurized spray consisting of ridiculously small water droplets. The spray is generated from the nozzle with a force of up to 75 psi. This allows the JetClean 100 to aggressively penetrate the small, hard-to-reach spaces on print cartridges that other cleaners often miss. This system is so effective that only purified water is necessary for most applications, although certain non-flammable solutions can be used on pigmented inks.
